Jason Gillette
For almost his entire career, Jason Gillette has been litigating claims primarily under the Defense Base Act. He is extremely knowledgeable of each discrete section of the Act and uses this knowledge to arm his clients with the best tools to maximize their recoveries. Jason has tried numerous cases and is a master at using every tool in his arsenal against the other side. From the smallest of matters, such as reimbursements for medical mileage, to the more significant issues, such as life altering and traumatizing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder claims, Jason gives each client the personalized attention and detail that they deserve. His ultimate goal for each client is to obtain the best possible solution to better their lives.
Jason earned his B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 2006 and earned his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University in 2009.

Anjali Gillette
Managing Partner
Anjali Gillette has significant experience and knowledge in the Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and Jones Act cases. She is an experienced litigator who has been involved in hundreds of cases from inception to appeal. She has participated in numerous mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Having been on the defense side for a number of years, Anjali is familiar with the tactics and strategies used by the other side to now assist her clients in maximizing their recovery. She uses the appropriate level of aggression to ensure that her clients succeed and obtain the best possible outcome in any given situation.
Anjali earned her B.A. from the University of Texas in 2001. She earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2004, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal.
